Yamaha 3 5hp outboard Second chance sailing

The oil mix for these engines is in fact 100/1 . If you google Yamaha 3.5 hp .then go to images you will see that you are missing the lower Cowling covers ..no big deal. But on these covers it was written at factory 100:1 exactly like this.

Probably won't get a response to a post over a year old but worth a try.. I have the same engine with the same problem. The bowl u are missing... Any idea where I could get it. For now I have done exactly what you did and it works.. but would like the part replaced... Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any replies

Again this post is over a year old but I'll try you on this one. Float bottle missing too on my Yamaha 3.5... Do you by any chance have a link or info where on EBay I could purchase the kit you purchased?

50:1 they were not made by Yamaha but mariner just rebadged Yamaha so if you want a manual just look on mariner site decent one there all parts are the same great engine maybe why Yamaha did not make there own
