Yamaha Blaster Porting and Polishing

Follow along as we port and polish our yamaha blaster cylinder. We clean up the nasty transfer ports and put a nice polish on the exhaust ports. We got all of the information from Ken O'Conner racing, they have a bunch of videos on their youtube channel as well. Thanks for watching!!

Hey man i just got a cheap blaster and it wasnt running and i watched every video you made and figured it all out. It just needed a crank seal but i used your videos to replace alot of parts and just wanted to say thanks and great job. Very informative, it helped me alot. I almost lost that tiny ball bearing to the clutch shaft. For real man your videos saved me alot of time. keep up the great work!

Flat and clean is fast. You can Keep all walls thick but flat.rounded corners are better than sharp angles. Looking good. Nice video

What did you use to chamber the ports so the rings don't catch on?and do you do it from inside the bore? Thanks you got good skills

Did you use a sanding wheel to clean the gasket surface? 0_0 . Wouldnt that make it uneven?
