That’s why I have a guy in Tennessee bore my jugs and he matches a piston to it and I only buy wiseco been running them for 20 years and never a failure but I get it those cheap kits need tested and reviewed so folks ain’t getting scammed with this junk thanks for the review bro 🤙🏻

Machine the cylinder is what I'd do rather than wait. Plus machine the head down. My daughter's blaster will eat a Polaris scrambler 400cc 2-stroke on take off and top end. I did a port n polish and the compression is at the limits for pump gas. I also changed the intake from a 28mm to a 34mm mikuni carb. My daughter mikalynn is smiling from ear to ear now. Stock compression is 6:6.1 I believe extremely detuned. Now It's about 11:1 compression, installed taller tooth sprocket up front as well. 23 up front and and 22 inch tall rear. I chose the Yamaha blaster for my daughter because of the weight, she is 18 now, and very athletic. I figure one day can always upgrade the motor again or swap it out for a big YZ 490 if I can find one. Love the content keep it up. Wish LA sleeve still made their 240cc big bore kit for the Yamaha blaster because it would fit a yz250 power reeds valve.

Something wrong w that scrambler. New video is up and blaster is all done. Machining takes 3-5 days here. Ebay kit got here in 2. Fk using parts they cant even measure to get right and y can see in video cylinder wasn’t round. Not even sure it could be borer or properly. Its trash

@@TimeMachinesATVs probably right the scrambler 400cc is probably not right, but it can take a Polaris RZR 900, but my daughter tried to race a RZR 1000cc and lost. Lol. I absolutely expected it to loose, I did keep the oil injection. Along with the high compression piston I did take 20 thousands off the head as well. I was thinking it was going to ping, but was astonished that it didn't on non oxygenation gas at the pump, any higher compression, probably have to buy aviation fuel at the airport it's 100 octane minimum no ethanol

It costs a tad more but I go through BP Racing for my blaster cylinder kits. I’ve had 2 kits last over a year of riding pretty hard actually. You can get a full motor rebuild, including crank and everything, for like $600. It’s not terrible for a complete kit.

@@TimeMachinesATVs I’ve had decent success with BP Racing, but if you really want to go with the top of the line kit you could always go Airsal. Their 200cc cylinder is a littler over $600. It does require an air striker pwk35mm carb, a head modification, and a big bore exhaust from what I’m told, but it will OVER double the power of the blaster. The cylinder breathes a whole lot better which is why it requires a bigger carb and exhaust, and it’s Nikasil plated so it runs cooler and is more reliable. Ken Oconner Racing does the head modification. It can be used with a stock bottom end and other than the head mod it bolts straight on. Racing Planet can have the order in even if they don’t have it in stock, it will just get shipped directly to you. It’s an Italian performance company and their quality control is WAY better than like Vito’s for example. I’m about to do this build, and as far as I can tell nobody has done a build video with this cylinder so it would make for some very unique content. There are people pushing over 50hp pretty regularly with this kit, and some have even cleared 70hp with the 225cc big bore cylinder, stroker crank, and set up to run on alcohol. I've had luck with one Chinese top end on a banshee but my brother bought kits from same web sight at same time as me, both on eBay, mine lasted about 2 years his did not work at all lol. So I figured 50/50 on Chinese top end so this last time I did my banshee topend I went Wisco kit to make sure it was good I was planning a trip to desert so did not want to take the chance on Chinese top end. Brother you need to invest into some good dial bore gauges and digital mics to get super accurate with your measurements. That could of been fixed with a ball hone and patience. They do run really tight piston to wall clearance depending on the material of the piston. Plus you definitely get what you pay for. Awesome garage by the way very jealous 😂😂
