I LOVE this! I tried it out recently. The only complaint I have is the touch screen. That might seem like a good thing to a lot of people, especially those that want this in their living room. However, as someone who plays piano as a major in college and who wants to use all the features of this or the 785 in their bedroom, that’s actually a curse, especially for a visually impaired pianist like me. On the lower end models, I had the buttons so I could feel where I’m going. With this newer model, I have to use my phone camera to use the screen, which disappears after a few seconds. I love everything else about this piano: the look, the sound, and especially the action, but I wish they’d think of the blind/visually impaired community more nowadays. Same for all manufacturers.

You can use a tablet with the smart piano app to do everything that can be done with the control panel.

This is a great digital piano I like the sound The only thing I don't like is the touch screen It's not really blind pianist friendly But over all it's still a good digital piano🎹🎶

I have a CLP 675 and like it a lot. Don't think I will ever spend the money on the GP versions, but they are very nice.

Is the Avant grand n3 which is very expensive noticeably better than the CLP 795?

Can strings be layered and saved with a piano sound, and can that layer be accessed beside the piano sound for instant selection/ programs side by side?

Other than the wattage and the cabinet, are there any difference in features between the 795 and the 785?

Wattage is identical. Only difference between the 795gp and 785 is the cabinet and therefore the placement of speakers within the cabinet.

How to import Komplete, Pianoteq, Keyscape to 795? must download DAW? Does it only connect iPad? will iMac work?

I don't believe you can run them on the instrument natively. I have my clp 785 connected to a laptop via USB for DAW
