You're so cool to show us what this awesome machine can do with a good player on it. I'm absolutly in love with this keyboard,( got and old PSR-7000 ) so sad this thing is so expensive. If I buy it , my wife kills me 🤣, but maybe It's a good day to die in music 😂! anyway, please go on whith those vids, the way you can make your own styles and parts etc...suscribed at first sight ! so authentic,honest revue and tuto! salute from France!

I currently play a Lowrey Liberty organ. I will be retiring in 2 months and plan on purchasing a Genos2 at that time to help fill my spare time! I will be joining once I have my Genos as I’m sure I will have a million questions! In the meantime I’m enjoying all your videos. Thanks so much for what you do for all of us!

I agree with every word you said re multitracking. I first started to do it with my Yamaha HS8 organ 25 years ago and continued though Tyros 1, 2, 4, Genos1 and now Genos2, mostly instrumental but I have also used singers on several occasions, I just love it. Keyboards are every where these days, groups, orchestra’s so all I’m doing is just the same, with one difference, I play all the parts myself. Why do concert pianist have a backing orchestra? Etc. Just one unrelated comment, almost every instrumentalist in an orchestra plays only one note at a time and they need the the other instruments with them to sound better, to take it to the extreme an organist could be playing up to 11 notes at the same time even a pianist and single keyboard player can at times play 9 and yet when a pianist accompanies a singer it’s the singer who gets the most applause and they also only sing one note at time. We black and white key users don’t get the respect we deserve. One more point, your site is the very best and unrivalled.

Hi, thanks for great videos of Genos 2. Can you please make a video where you show how the left hand makes different chords, in accompaniment mode, especially extended chords with add9, 11, sus etc. Many thanks from Norway😊

Hey Leigh just a request...make a 20-30 min video with this style category and same sounds with no talking... just bring out your creativity... it would be way too good.... meanwhile i'll be sitting in a balcony and enjoying the cool breeze of wind with some tea and 🍪

Tell me, is it possible to create your own instruments and articulations on Genos 2 using samples, and based on these samples to create your own styles and drums? I don’t need internal factory sounds, I want to create my own unique sounds, on the Korg Pa5X all this is possible.
@LeighWilbraham9 ай бұрын
Yes you can create your own samples but not own articulations which is the same as the Korg. The process of making samples for Yamaha is much much easier than the Korg.
