Would this be fine to practise scales and chords while on the road? I play a electric guitar usually but for travel and work thinking this would help with my scales and chords when I can’t be with my main guitar cheers!

I love this little instrument! I have the sunburst one. But try them before you buy them, not all of them are so well made... Be especially careful with the intonation of the instrument. And an advice, change the head nut, it's too narrow... The best strings I've tried so far are the Aquila 96C in Nylgut. With these strings I tune it in G or G#.

Im not so sure about other brand. For Yamaha, they only have this model with 4 different colour. For the Pickup, u can install it separately
