I've been listening to this for over an hour and 10 minutes and was totally involved. That was one of the most valuable and clear speeches about making music i've ever heard. Thanks a lot!

I love the way Robbie Calvo delivers his message in such a calm, generous and humble way. I think his guitar tone and subtle playing are superb. I also really like his singing. He inspires me.

What a great teacher and Robbie comes across as confident but humble. "Do it with intent" is a great pointer and makes you commit to the note and suddenly it sounds musical!

There’s lots to learn from this guy. Most guys on KZbin just witter on about licks. This guy is actually musical, he’s giving a lesson here that so rare. Most of the licks guys don’t know this stuff. They’re just obsessed with showing off and posing. His guitar playing just oozes style.

If you play instrumental at your own style then it would be better if you know how to make a good rhythm out of each note so obviously that all depends on your ears and fingers but if you are covering a song then the last note of the verse differ depends on whether where you go next because there is chorus and bridge and refrain and coda and fade and ad lib part of the song
