Thank you so much for this series of videos. I was really struggling to get my head around the 'logic' of my MODX. Watching these has made everything fall into place. Love the format really easy to follow. Excellent and thanks again. 👏👍

Your collection of tutorials have made my the modx a pleasure to use instead of what if I mess something up? Basic but simple tutorials for people like me so thank you for making them.

Dear Rudy, I am impressed by your video’s. As a PA4X /Nord Electro6 user I just bought myself a Yamaha Montage 7 to complete the set; you managed to push me in the right direction with your tutorials. Will keep me busy for quite some time :)

Thanks for this video, is it possible to record the chain to a midi file or an audio file ?

THANKS. If the drums change during the song, does one need to add another drum instrument? How can we create a different drum beat DURING the song. THANKS SO MUCH

Thanks for these wonderful tutorials. I´m already used to operating a Kronos, SY99, W30 and MC500MkII but looking at your video's it seems that the MODX has quite a different way of using the sequencer, especially for linear MIDI recording. Is there any chance to make a video of extensive FMX and another one of the AWM2 programming? Being the owner of a DX7 MK1 and 2 SY99 synths, I wonder if the MODX is as deep programmable as these. And a final question: do you know if volume and pan automation can be overdubbed in the MIDI recorder? I´m planning to but a MODX7+ in january and hope to get better and better acquainted with what this instrument can do (and can´t, such as a micro edit of the sequenced notes). Anyhow a big compliment on doing these FAQ series! Cheers, Danny

So far, so good. But ... now I want to create a Multi-Track-Arpeggio. I can't find an instruction in the whole, wide internet, how to do this. I doubled Part 1 also on Part 2. Then I activated Element 1 in Part 1 and Element 2 in Part 2. Then I recorded 2 Patterns (Tracks), one with Part 1, one with Part 2. When I convert this to an Areggio, Track 1 = 1, Track 2 = 2 ... then every element plays all 2 Tracks. No Chance🤮

Is it possible to step record and not record in real time? I can't find this anywhere.
