Yamaha MOXF8 6 min Quick Note: How to Backup, Save, & Load Data Settings with a USB Flash Drive

This is a Yamaha MOXF8 6 minute Quick Note instructional video on how to backup & save your settings onto a USB flash drive. In this video, I also show you how to load the settings from the flash drive. This is helpful if an unexpected shutdown or loss of power takes place, and your keyboard does not save your settings properly. Data save directly to the keyboard may be somehow lost due to malfunction or incorrect operation, so it's a good practice to save important data to a USB flash drive. Always remember: NEVER attempt to turn off the power while data is being written to internal memory. Turning the power off while "executing" is taking place, may result in loss of all user data and/or cause the system to freeze, possibly causing synthesizer not to start up properly when turning the power on next time.
