It's a very reliable and fun bike. With exhaust and ecu flash, mine has never left me bored, and I've owned it for almost 2 years now. Clutching up is effortless, and a simple 1-2 gear pull with enough weight on the back of your seat will pop the front end up nice and smooth-like *in stock form*. I would highly recommend this bike to anybody period.

The sound of an inline was never very appealing to me.. except the new Triumph Tiger, which changed the firing order to make it sound a bit more lumpy. Would you say MT-07 over an MT-03 for the starting rider?
@BmxDieseldude4 жыл бұрын
I think it depends on who you are as a new rider. If you feel confident balancing the weight, know how to drive a manual transmission car, have taken a riding course and have the brains to not get cocky within the first couple thousand miles than the 07 will probably serve you well. Conversely, if you this is your first introduction in to messing with a clutch and you havent built any muscle memory of controls in a rider course I'd start smaller.
@1manairband4 жыл бұрын
@@BmxDieseldude After looking around at other reviews it sounds like there is an issue with the front shocks being to loose or bouncy on the MT-07 do you know if they have fixed that?
@BmxDieseldude4 жыл бұрын
@@1manairband theres two reasons for that and it's only half the bikes fault. They are sprung for fairly light riders. If your a heavier fella than you may need to upgrade them, but I'm 155lbs and had no complaints about the forks personally. Just dont expect top spec super sport racing forks or anything because that's not what the bike is about anyways. The other issue is rider error when getting on a naked bike. Many new riders and even somewhat experienced riders coming off sport bikes aren't used to being in the wind. It's important that you grip the bike with your legs, and not hold tightly on the bars. Alot of people grip the bars way too tight trying to "hold on" in the wind. If you hold too tight the bike can't correct itself and the result is instability.
@1manairband4 жыл бұрын
@@BmxDieseldude Thanks for the info, I'm around 165lbs and wanted to get back in a bike. I'm used to a naked bike anyway. Long time ago I had experience on a Kawasaki GT 750 at that time I probably weighed about 120lbs LOL.
