I've got exactly the same bike had mine for over 3 years from new absolutely love it. Best mods comfort seat a must you definitely need a steering damper transformers the light front end but the best mod I bought a DYNO JET tuned my bike to my akra exhaust smooth fast and no snatchy throttle also took the engine braking off rev limiter off and speed limiter off 150+ transforms the bike into a different beast.

Yeah I will definitely be getting a comfort seat for sure. Never thought about tuning it but i think i will and will get a steering damper thought about changing the handle bars too

Thanks for your thoughts mate! I was out in that same area yesterday :) Time for me to upgrade and this bike is a contender (really want an MT10 but i think that's a lil crazy power-wise for the streets haha) Wondering what kind of fuel economy you get on the bike? Cheers!!

Ohhh that’s awesome, scenic road It was scary at first jumping onto this bike because the throttle is very responsive and the power kicks in instantly so I road it in B MODE (Slow) for like 2 months then after that I went to STD (Mid) and then now I always ride in A (super fast) If you have appropriate fear of this bike at first you’ll adjust to it fast and once you are familiar it’s so much fun and it’s never boring. I found the R3 to be boring after like 4 months and couldn’t wait to upgrade to a biker bike. The power just wasn’t there for me. Hope that helps
