Hello, i recently purchased this yamaha psr e353. Can u tell me how to switch between two voices without pressing the whole number, when playing a song, just like a quick view option. For example i started plying a song in voice number 001 and i want to switch to lets say voice no. 495 between song without stopping, wth a single button. Can u help me? IS THERE any way to set two voices of our choices and switch between them.?

+G.Srikant Rao There is a difference in the sound between the models. The I455 will be a better sounding instrument, but it costs more. The I455 is also designed for Indian style music. It is a case of you get what you pay for.

My son is learning Piano. While he practices on a real piano in his class, will the PSR - E353 be a good buy to practice at home - considering we don't have space for a piano at home?
@bryangl18 жыл бұрын
Not really as the touch is not a piano-like action. Yamaha market an 88-note piano keyboard wth proper piano touch and tone, at an affordable price. It's very compact [[just long] and accepts an inexpensive sustain pedal, the P-45. I don't have any connection to Yamaha by the way.
@bryangl18 жыл бұрын
The P-45 refers to the pianonot the pedal. And don't buy the Yamaha pedal as you can get inexpensive true piano type sustain pedals from other manufacturers.

Hi Josh, Are you able to confirm how "heavy" the keys are. I have a digital piano and my neighbours complain about the thudding of the keys (even when I'm wearing headphones) as they have hammer action. I find it unlikely this type of keyboard would have keys that thud when pressed, but am interested to know. Are they quite light? Just to clarify, I'm not talking about the noise coming from the speakers, I mean the acoustics of the keys being pressed. Thanks

I bought this keyboard a year ago and it does work fine, but it suddenly seemed to have this minor problem; the drum beats sound really low, but the speakers are working great, so it's not a speaker issue. To hear that a drum beat is activated, I need to volume up to the full, and I still barely hear it. Everything else works fine. Does anybody know something similar to this problem? Or maybe help me fix it out. It's a bit difficult to return it to the music store, because it is located in an other town, and I don't have a car xD

Go to the function menu scroll until the accompaniment volume and adjust accordingly. You could also do a factory reset as well. Turn on the power whilst holding down the highest "c" note. Do not let go until it has powered on.

Hello mate. I would like to ask you one thing. I'm mainly interested in 88 key piano, not 61 but my budget is somewhat a little higher than 300$ , say till 350$. Do you know any good keyboard which sounds like a grand piano with the touch sensitive key version and have 88 keys, yet affordable for me ? If I have to increase my budget to get one please say so because I don't want a bad investment. If I have to, I'll increase my budget to secure next 3-4 years of mine for good. Kindly help me with your knowledge. Thanks ! :)

+M. Fazy www.musiciansfriend.com/keyboards-midi/williams-legato-88-key-digital-piano#productDetail That's a link to the Williams Legato 88 key digital piano. The price is amazing (even lower then you budget) and I've heard great things about this particular digital piano. There's a good review of it on youtube that shows you how good it sounds. I'd say its worth checking out. Good luck!
@kcstvchannel9 жыл бұрын
+M. Fazy An 88-note model at that price point is going to be much better than a 76-note model in the same price point. The benefit on an 88-note model is that you will get a piano weighted key, whereas all 76-note versions will feature a non-weighted key. Yamaha & Kawai are the best brands in this category. Otherwise you could also possibly consider Casio. I recommend sticking to one of the major manufacturers. Generic made keyboards never really compare in sound and feel. If budget is a problem, I would say stick with a model like the PSR-E353

Hi Josh, thanks a lot for your review, very helpful and inspiring. I have a 4.5 yr old boy, and I'll take him to join a music class to learn the basic knowledege and skill for playing piano. I don't want to invest huge money to buy a piano before I know my son is interested in it. So I plan to buy a keyboard for the beginner, is PSR-E353 a good choice? And how about PSR-E443? PSR-E353 looks more affordable for me. Your reply will be highly appreciated.
