One of the suggestions on KZbin I saw to make it run great was to eliminate the 2 cycle oil feed to the carburetor. By design the pw80 has a 2 cycle oil tank under the seat that supplies the oil pump on the top right side of the engine. The pump then delivers oil to the right side of the carburetor. You put straight gas into the gas tank.This set up will never deliver a consistent oil/gas ratio, imho. Pre-mixing by human works much better, providing a consistent 40:1 ratio, which cannot be achieved trying to mix gas and oil in the carburetor - on the fly. Two Solutions I saw Recommended: 1- Buy an oil pump block off kit, under $50.00. 2 - Re-Route: Remove oil pump line from carburetor, plug carburetor port. Extend oil pump hose and route back to 2 cycle reservoir, by drilling additional hole in cap. (It Now: Does Nothing Goes Nowhere) I did the re-route trick. 40:1 oil/gas mix straight in the tank, the engine loves it. Just paid $600 for a 1999, cracked plastic cladding, no front brake, dry-rotted rear tire, new engine top end, running great.

Option 3 and do a give away to a subscriber that has a kid that can ride it. 3 wheelers would be too risky for a give away bike. It might help you get more subscribers to this awesome channel!
