Cheapest dirt bike engine rebuild. I cant believe this actually worked.

The marketplace yamaha PW 80 gets a rebuilt motor with the cheapest rebuild kit i could find. The end result is unreal!!!

Discoloring is common on many new cranks due to heat being used to press fit the pin. Discoloration will occur due to excess heat and bad bearing but isn't always indicative of a bad rod. I check the wear pattern on the cylinder. Bad rod bearing stresses the exhaust side of the cylinder. Sometimes they still feel tight up and down even with a bad bearing, but that is a good place to start.

Bought my son a 2007 Kawasaki 110 4 stroke back then, he used it for a few years & grew out of it, we used a bunch @ the family ranch, then we traded it in for a newer 4 wheeler. They’re great fun bikes
