Super cool to see you getting the Tenere sorted for real use. I'm thinking that will be my next bike. My old 950 Super Enduro is a blast but its falling apart!

I've gone back and reviewed the entire series of videos on this project. Amazing process to get to this point.

Nice to see it in action after all the work you've put into this project! Looking forward to hearing your final thought once you have more time to dialed in.

I rewatched the vid. I must say, I’m impressed with the results of the project. Just wish Yamaha had taken the bike to the level you have.

love my t7, love all the camel adv parts on it, but it will never replace my 300 2t for offroad riding. Its best used as a road bike + gravel road/logging road

Great shot of the front Suspension. Reminds me of some videos Wasp Works put out on the early Super Tenere.

Enjoying and appreciating your channel and all your effort. Plush wouldn’t be the word I would use to describe the front forks in their current configuration. Judging by the behind the handlebars vid and watching the wheel it looks to be pretty harsh.

Looks amazing. This bike might be the better choice over the 790 if you're going to "build" it anyway! Except for the 790 Rally perhaps. That area looks gorgeous btw, you're making me want to move to Canada :D

So after all the work and expense to mod the T7 is it better than a stock KTM 790R that, perhaps, only required a change of springs front and rear?

You have put so much effort into the diy suspension, will this be a commercial solution ?

What sort of tyres and pressures are you running with this setup on that sort of terrain too please?

Oil level makes a much bigger difference than the 5mm of spring preload. 5mm on a spring that is .69 Kg/mm isn't very much. Judging by how the head of the bike goes up and down, you've got too much compression damping. Not enough compliance. Try a lighter weight oil before adjusting the shim stack in the cartridges.

Could you try also the Tracive shock (RallyRaid/Touratech)? which do you prefer? Thx!
