Yamaha TF Series: How to use Tio1608D I/O Racks with Yamaha TF consoles

Great mixing console with easy to interact soft/hard ware but the missing line is why is it only limited to IOS not with ANDROID devices which is commonly use around my country

no info in the internet about if the dante module can be used without the stage boxes, i want audio in and out between a TF and a computer, anyone knows?

hyee.. i have TF5 and 2 Tio1608.. and now i want to buy CL5/QL5 .. so can i use same stage box.. CL5/QL5 (FOH) and TF5(MOH) using dante..??

Can one of these be used with our soundcraft vi2000 that has built in Dante?

I have an urgent question for you. I spent some hours with a TF and TIO1608D the past two days. Quick Config proved to be extremely finnicky, even unstable. I tested them beside each other which is of course the layout NO ONE is ever going to use, and finally got them to connect, config, and reconfig in every possible combination of power down and up. Question: Once I install them 150’ and two flights of stairs apart, will they still be able to auto config when their power switches are a very athletic 1 minute away from each other? Thanks in advance for your time and knowledge.

@@CGenao This is very old info. I discovered that the control room network connection was creating an enet address that was incompatible with the TIO. The TF, left unconnected in the control room would default to an address the TIO could use and they talked to each other immediately, reliably.

Hi all. I am in a tough situation. Hopefully someone can help. We have the Yamaha TF1 Console and the TIO1608 connected via ethernet. We see that the TIO is synced (all lights are green). Yet, we cannot get 48v phantom power to the TIO from the TF1. Yes, the Phanton Power Switch on both the TIO and the TF! are both set to "on." I think it has to do with I/O assignments. But we are dumbfounded. The Quick Configure option doesn't solve the issue. So I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

Can anyone advise me how to get a Yamaha TF5 working with the yamaha Rio 3224-d. I am connecting through a TP-Link TL-SG1016D switch. I can't get the TF5 to see the Rio in the slot setup. I need help on the network settings DHCP/Static etc. and whatever else to make it work. Cables are connected correctly. thanks
