Hello sir. I had a problem with my rx100(G1) And the problem is that once it get heated the bike stop running and get hard to restart again. Is it a problem of pick up coil??Any solution to my problem.. I will be glad to hear from you

Do you mean the diode in the module is faulty?

No, there is a diode in these modules which I don't know why they put it there? But this is a old design fault of these modules in my understanding. If this diode is there and you connect it the way I did it, it is shorting the alternator coil in the negative half cycle which causes the coil to burn. The only solution to this problem which I tried and succeeded is an external connected diode in the alternator wire which I did in the other part of the video. That external diode prevents the coil to burn in the negative cycle. Means it avoids the short circuiting of the coil hence no burning and very long coil life and solution of the problem. Hope you may understand it now.

The Engineer انجنئیر Thank you for answering the question, yes understood sir. maybe the diodes in the module is bank of shotky diodes to prevent the electric charge in the system from shorting and damaging the components in system or the motor,some portable battery chargers has a shotky diode bank in the positive cable.
