No for the CG ships. It doesn't match the rest of the animation. Sure use CG to map out the ships but rotoscope it so it still has that human feel to the animation.

1978 uses "Yamato Sleeps under the setting Sun" to give it that really powerful "This is the Ship that will completely annihilate you if you get in our way" Vibe Whereas 2018 uses "Pioneering Yamato" to remind you that Yamato can, and will, do cool shit to fuck you up lmao

@@tommydelgado8976 Not really, both are different tracks that so happen to use the Yamato leitmotif. Yamato 2 uses "Yamato sleeping under the setting sun" while Farewell and 2202 use "Original Yamato theme"
