I'm currently in my coarse to be an esthetician and my instructors told us to always change the sheets because spray or uv light does not kill enough bacteria as well as it doesn't get rid of the actual dead skin and dandruff left on the bed/possibility of mites of bed bugs. You should consider completely changing the sheets before and after clients. You should also give your clients something to elevate their legs because its more comfortable and ergonomically correct, it will make it easier for them to lay there for 2 hours.
