very nice message..................We should not become greedy........to buy more and more land......but should stay away from such scheme so that end user can get these plots..........people with low budget can boost the growth of this area as they try to settle here immediately .....to save on rent .....which they are paying else where ... Big plot owners always move in .....only after they see that there are substantial people............Yamuna region doesnt need money any more .....now it needs People.........my relatives have few large plots there ....but they have no intention to use that land for several years.

चंदेल जी, ग्रेटर नोएडा में सभी सेक्टर्स में अथॉरिटी के बने villa सभी 2021 के बाद बढ़कर आम आदमी की पहुंच से दूर हो गए, 112 वर्ग मीटर के पुराने villa सीधा 70 लाख से बढ़ 1.5 करोड़ हो गए। ये सब वहां के प्रॉपर्टी डीलर्स के कारण..जो असली मालिक और ग्राहक बीच सम्पर्क नहीं बनने देते, कृपया इस घोटाले पर एक वीडियो बनाये।

please make a video on the toll charges which are now forcefully taken at yamuna expressway exit 2 near galgotia university while going from noida to jaypee sports city and sectors like 17, 22, 25, 18, 20 . Even the flat owners of jaypee sports city township are forced to pay toll of 30 rs. if there is no free movement to the sectors of yeida from yamuna expressway, how this area will be developed

Sir 120 sqm ke plot size start hai 5 July 2024 se 5 Agust 2024 tak apply kar sakte hai........ Aur aap 30 sqm ki bata rahe hai.... Jab ki 60 sqm kya 90 sqm bhi nahi hai size available Yamaha expressway authority se scheme mein..........

Kyonki ye investment minimum rate par hai aur wo bhi authority se. I never suggest buying plots in resale in this region due to over priced. Don't be confused between new and resale plots.

This is Authority Scheme, that's why I recommend these plots. I never recommend Plots in Resale in this region because lots of financer involve to increase the market rate. 24000 Per square meter is Good rate for current market.
