Another excellent tutorial from Master Yang Jun. I learned the Yang Long Form via instructors taught by Master Chu King Hun and Master Chu Gin Soon and these tutorials from Master Yang Jun are essential for clarifying the Long Form. Thank you Master Yang Jun for your generosity.

This was a seminar reviewing the long form. Participants had already learned it and seen the applications. He would have shown applications in response to questions.
