Yang!!!!!....this is Caroline Spigelski from Toronto.....we met about 5 years ago when I was extremely ill, (lyme disease, dengue infection etc.....from Africa). We ate lunch at a Japanese restaurant on Adelaide. Thank you for your encouragement at the time. I love the work you do and follow you to this day. I have been in Lao PDR for the past 3 years, working for a UN agency, believe it or not! ......hope to see you back in TO one day soon....sending you lots of love from South East Asia xxx💖

Yes!!! I absolutely remember you, Caroline! 💖 It was really great to have met you for lunch and traded stories with you. It sounds amazing that you are living this adventurous life. I am so happy to hear from you again and hope that you have continued your recovery! Definitely give me a shout when you come back to Toronto again. 🙌😘

My friend is a general surgeon ….. he’s seen so many bad effects of people doing this liver detox !!!!! I’m glad it worked for you but to others who have ME/CFS who are compromised in whatever way please be careful. I agree with most of your other comments and we are what we eat,to rebuild our bodies is the ticket to freedom from this health opportunity. Thank you both .

Yes I totally agree with you for being careful! Not everyone’s condition is suitable. I personally hesitated for a long time and went through the details of the protocol to analyze it. I eventually went ahead with the method, knowing the risks involved but I made an educated choice. That was at a time I exhausted pretty much all other options, and refused to live my life feeling sick half the time. I was determined to heal fully. But if I had ended up in the ER, I was prepared for it too. 😂 This puzzle of our health is complex, all the reason we share different experiences and stories to help each other finding our own path and solutions. ❤

I have been curious about the cleanse, but very nervous to try it in such a weak state and with pots/low blood pressure. But I do know several women who have struggled with infertility who did the cleanse and got pregnant almost immediately after. And I've seen a couple people in the long covid groups saying it helped them. Do you know what kind of damage it could potentially cause?

Thank you ladies, I’m so looking forward to checking out Yang Yangs recipes. I think “ let food by thy medicine “ says it all ! You can’t put dirty petrol in your car and expect it to run smoothly. If anyone has a liver issue and many do these days I would go very carefully doing a liver cleanse . Wishing you all the best Yang Yang 🥰

I started getting acupuncture and cooking and taking Chinese herbs and I have found them helpful. Love Yang's website, too.

Agreed with everything! Makeup, household products, sprouting, broth, heat for circulation, etc. all make such a difference! Also yes we always need something different with our diets - our lives change, seasons change, etc. I do some acupuncture which helps.

I wish I could eat more fermented foods. But with MCAS it's the worst you can do.

I love your personality Yang Yang, and your You Tube Channel looks great! I have to admit, I used to own a copy of that Liver and Gallbladder Flushing book, before I got CFS, but I never did any of the flushes; I found a lot of mixed views on that style of detoxing in the end. It's great it helped you and that you recovered! Take care. 💛🧡💜

Thank you for your kind words and sharing your thoughts. 💖 Yes, I had my reservations too before I tried the flush. Because of the illness, I was extra cautious too. Did a lot of reading and listening to others stories, and then waited until I felt strong enough to execute it. I knew about the detox for about 10 years before I finally tried the method... it was always in my back pocket as a last option. So I totally hear you that it's not something most people jump on right away and it's absolutely the right thing to do to be careful with it and consider our personal situations.

I think it's time for a few interviews with people who don't have anything to sell afterward. This is why the interview with Nick was simply better than most, as he wasn't trying to sell anything and just wanted to get better and move on with its life.

Everyone's welcome to share their story on our channel! Going public with your recovery journey on KZbin isn't easy, but those who've healed and moved into helping careers are way more likely to step up! 🌟🎤

I agree although like Raelan said I can imagine it's not always easy getting people who have recovered and moved on to share their stories online. I know three people who have recovered and I mentioned to all of them about sharing their stories. They hadn't even considered it and didn't look keen to at all. I think they don't want to go over it now they are out living xx

Yes I did! There was a period of time when migraine happened every few days. I had light and scent sensitivities too. I was crying a lot at that time which made things worse. I think it was a combination of the actual illness, external life stress, and worrying about if everything will be ok in the end.
