Thank you for sharing the form. I`d like to know at which stage would be advisable to learn this form. Could it be the first form to learned? o should it be learned after a simpler form?

Hello I see you got no answer to your question,so,even if am a bit too late, l am going to give you some advice. I am no master, just a humble student. From my limited knowledge this is the classic long form. You can either start to practice this from the beginning, one step at a time, very slowly, may be one step a week, wich is difficult if you are self training,or you can try and find the short form( 8 or 10 steps)wich will help a lot to understand your body,to develope some smooth and relaxed movement, balance and strength. When you you feel ok with this form, you move forth yo 12steps form, then 18 steps and so on. If you are of some age (40 or more""l am 51"")or you are not fit you should better develope first some flexibility, for wich l recomend Ba Dua Jin or 8 brocade Chi Kung. Keep in mind that, what they show in videos is what you should achieve in time, just follow the form of the exarcises up to you current capability and do not overdo it. Hope this will be of some help. Go for it.

@@pepeespanol3312 This is not the classic long form. As I understand it, it is a shortened form created by master Jun that incorporates many/most of the core elements of the long form. It is however shorter to perform as the long form can take 20-25 minutes to perform as opposed to this form which takes approximately 5 minutes.

Individually, Ward-Off stops where you stop it here. :58 Yet, you continue, and the continue is what I understand is the more true Ward-Off. What you show individually isn't finished What you might consider transition includes the end of ward-Off and you should reposition your stopping point perhaps, to include all of Ward-Off.-Ernie Moore Jr.

@@sonnygarcia7826 I was looking around and saw something one does not usually practice except to learn. Now I read it. It is a new thing and not 24 but 22. And for demonstration and teaching, which Master Yang Jun is very Good to do. I commented because-I don't know why, but it is different from and I wasn't wrong for higher level practice. You wanted to see my level of understanding kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2aXapqQYsx1nas but now I get it was for teaching- no comment necessary, it's fine.-Ernie Moore Jr.
