We go there for lunch everytime over the last39 yrs...their black jack burger and french royal sandwiches are awesome. We love their creamy cucumber and onion salad. Best place in Gatlinburg!!

You mentioned about the syrup being a little watery. When I make pancakes at home I like to use a little bit of the corn syrup plus the Aunt Jemima (or Old Mill … whatever it’s called now) maple syrup. It makes for a nice combination and the corn syrup helps to thicken up the maple syrup. In fact, now my mouth is watering for pancakes so I’m gonna have to make a batch of them for breakfast this morning. LOL 😂

Next visit have someone in your party order the French Toast! Best on the planet. My goal is to try every pancake on the menu. Fabulous food every time. Tried every pancake house in town--no comparison! Been going to Gatlinburg for decades and THIS is the ultimate pancake house.

looks yummy guys!! i have been coming down to the smokies for over 30 years and never ate there....seems to always have a line out the door though so must be good! pricing seemed reasonable except the side items and drinks, a bit pricey for the sausage and bacon. typical for a tourist area though. i still think the Cracker Barrel has the best pancakes, little crispy on the edges and their syrup is good.

Binge watching your reviews on the pancake places. Looks like Crockets is the place to be. We usually have a big crowd at the cabin, so hard to get the fam up and running to hit one of these places for breakfast. I usually slip out early and hit the Krispy Kreme ;-)
