yankees are definitely the greatest American sports franchise ever. no other professional team comes close to championships. the cowboys and redskins are more profitable but that doesnt mean much when the yankees have won 26 ships

i'm a yankee fan and i'm sick and tired of the bug excuse. the yankees lost fair and square. the bugs were bothersome but it didn't affect the outcome of the game. the Yanks lost because the offense was AWOL - they only produced like 4 hits in 11 innings. That's why we lost.
