I think people forget Stanton was a huge reason the Yankees won those series and we still have him if we get better pitching and another power bat it’s not as horrifying as it seems because the AL isn’t as strong as the NL

The Astros have a rule from the owner, he refuses to hand out contracts longer than 6 years. Kyle Tucker is looking at a monster contract when the time comes

Yankees can figure it out. They got to see Gerrit Cole leave Houston to join them and yet the Astros figure it out. Last year the Padres lost, Snell, Seth Lugo, Josh Hader and had to cut payroll but trading away Juan Soto and yet they figure it out and made the playoffs. The Yankees now have a ton of financial flexibility because they didn't sign Juan Soto and they still have a good roster. They have zero excuse. There's pieces out there to make the team better. Yes, I like the Kyle Tucker to the Yankees

The Yankees need to learn how to run the bases, basic baseball, pay attention to whats going on on. They all need to report early for spring training and learn basic baseball.

Pretty sure Tucker would sign an extension… it would just have to be for 8yrs and well over 200M… Astros won’t go near that, hence the likely trade.

Acquiring Kyle Tucker would be a smart move. Perhaps it could cost us the transfer of one of our 2 best prospects, Steven Jones or Dominguez, but it would solve the leadership and production void left by Soto's departure.

As more and more teams and noteworthy players express trade considerations, players first have to ask themselves which league they want to play in w/ that albatross sitting out west. Then, secondly, what team has a real shot at winning if they face off in the WS. AL teams NEED talent for the next 5 years to even be considered a match! Which team has the structure in place already and just needs to add a little help?

For once Tiki is right, they used Shaun to get stuff from him when it was a pretty emotional time for him. That is the same EXACT REASON they don’t want athletes immediately after a big game to talk. Because emotions are running high. You say stuff without thinking it through because….. hurt people do what? HURT OTHER PEOPLE. That’s life in a nutshell 😅
