Just want to point out some possible alternative Yankee history. A few years ago, the Angels changed the Boundary for HRs in right field. You used to have to hit it over the entire wall in right. Now it just has to go over that yellow line like the one the Angels hit in the 7th. Had that been the case in the 2005 LDS, Jason Giambi would have tied that crucial and ultimately heart breaking Game 5 in the 7th inning.

Scoring only 5 runs in 18 innings against a .382 team is not a good thing. Lucky our pitching is as good as it is cause you're not supposed to win games where you only scored 1 earned run.

This is nuts. If they call an infield fly rule isn't the batter automatically out whether the ball is caught or not? In this situation it was a guaranteed double play as soon as the ball was hit. Either Soto stays off the bag, the ball is caught at the bag and he is out or he goes back to the bag and is called for interference and he is out. Is there any scenario where Soto can be safe and it's not a double play?

When he realized the ball was going to be caught in the infield he attempted to go around the back of the fielder. He even stretched his foot to the bag rather then going straight to the bag.
