The commentators misunderstood who "throw the ball" was directed at, since they associated Gleybers struggles with the rant. But to me that was directed towards Volpe, considering he's the one that soft tossed. Just my opinion, I think it was more of a... we know Gleyber has stone handed a few feeds, BUT you have to TRUST him. "THROW THE DAMN BALL". Sad part is media gets to steer the narrative and it'll be pointless for Stroman to clarify... lol

It's like this, when Stroman's sucked, and he has plenty, none of his field mates blinked. And now, they're probably going to cover for him and say he's "competitive" when asked about it. And he's gonna scream at them on TV? BTW, the replay CLEARLY showed he was WRONG. It's a bush league ploy (no matter who does it) and my bet is Judge squashed it on the bench. And the only thing Stroman had to do with the W was 2 ER in 5 IP. Quality start, BS teammate. Q: have you seen anybody yelling at Carlos Rodon yet? Learn the game.

He wears his heart on his sleeve. You sound like a guy who’s never actually played the game and had that passion and intensity take over. Yeah Stroman was wrong for getting onto Gleyber after the double play, but him yelling in the dugout seemed to be what the offense needed to get going this game. Also, Stroman was one of the first guys out of the dugout to congratulate Gleyber after his HR. And Gleyber didn’t seem to have an issue with what Stroman did, so I don’t understand why people like you have an issue with it.
