To get complete combustion inside chamber, correct timing is important for both fuel injection pump and fuel injector. This method of timing check is also known as Hair Line Method and it is the most method of checking.

Very good video Sir, I have a question, when you put the flywheel in the TDC grade, all the pumps must be aligned? And you should only adjust the one pump that is disaligned? Thank you sir, you have a new suscriptor.🎉

Foremost, Thanks for your support. Not all pumps to be aligned, Silva. You can check on flywheel about which units reached TDC. 2 Units will reach TDC. One is Compression TDC and Another is Valve Overlap TDC. Measure degree of fuel injection for only Compression TDC. In compression TDC both push rods for inlet and outlet valves will slack. But, both push rods will hard to slack in Valve overlap TDC. Hope you may understand. 😊
