I relate so much. Being 16 does suck. I have to take pills for my anxiety and depression. I'm getting better because of the pills but I'm still afraid to be out in public because I'm afraid of what people might think of me. I wish that people would just be nice. And don't cheat or lie to your significant other. Cheating and lying and being rude to people is just a waste of time. Be nice to people and good things will come out of that. If you feel someone's having a bad day, go up to them and say you're beautiful. It's that simple. It'll make they're day way better. Because you are beautiful. We're All made differently and that's a good thing. We're All unique in our own ways. Be yourself and if people don't love you for you, then they're not worth your time. Love yourself, be yourself, don't change yourself. Whoever is reading this you're beautiful and on of a kind. Sorry this comment was so long but always remember to celebrate life. Do what you want to do and don't care what other people think. I Love You All ❤

🙁 I'm 9 and I'm in 4th grade where I get bullied and I have depression and night terrors and I've had them since I was 2 yrs old... and I would never dare to ever tell anyone about my depression and my suicide thoughts I don't wanna live and idk how much longer I'll be alive... 🖤

@@blackiewhite5282 I don't know you but I can tell you're a very sweet and very beautiful person. You'll get through it. You're strong. I had severe depression 2 years ago where I was pretty much anorexic, I was 13 and my weight was 95-98. Now I'm 16 and my depressions better than it was and my weight is now 120 which was my weight goal to be healthy. I still have depression but it's not as bad as it was. I have anxiety because I'm afraid of what people might think of me. I'm taking pills for it and they stopped working but hopefully I'll get better and I know you'll get through it.

This used to not make me cry but now I bawl every time I watch it. I was a completely different person when I was little like in elementary and junior high school I was happy, confident, talkative, and I used to have a ton of friends. But now that I’ve grown up and graduated I’m just anxious, quiet, depressed, and I have like 2-3 friends. I miss being the old me and who I truly am but I haven’t been her for so long that I don’t know if I can find her again and that’s what scares me😔
