The problem with the idea of KH as an anime is that Disney+ treats all of its anime projects like shit and doesn’t market any of em.

I have zero belief that this supposed Disney+ project is actually happening, but IF it were, I’ve actually gotta disagree on the “not enough content in KH1” contention. I think the first game has the *perfect* amount of content for one season of TV. A movie, even an exceptionally long one, just wouldn’t afford that game’s story the time it needs.

I also think if this project exists it *will* be KH1. For as much as “KH1 recaps” might be played out for fans, this hypothetical project would doubtless be aiming to court newcomers. You’re not gonna get people *into* Kingdom Hearts with a Union Cross show.
