Hello, may I ask what is it about Islam that you connect with? What made you appreciate it?
@n.8544 Жыл бұрын
Hi . 👋 There's actually a lot but in summary I love how everything is clear-cut and not confusing. The concept of one everlasting God who is not in need of any of his creations appeals to me. The fact we can talk directly to God, he forgives sins if we repent and everyone will be held accountable for their own sins, makes most sense. Also for me, following what is permitted and avoiding what is not permitted has made me a better person eg no drugs, no alcohol, no mucking around basically...self discipline. Also, connecting with God 5 times a day through prayer, I can't describe that spiritual feeling. Also the lectures and speeches of Omar Sleiman have really affected the direction of my life. We are only just passing through this world as temporary visitors so I hope you find your path too. 😊
@emmam8320 Жыл бұрын
@@n.8544 Hi, thank you for your explanation. Why do you think God wouldn't want a relationship with His creation? If we (sinners) love our children so much, imagine how much more God loves His creation. Regarding sin, imagine that I robbed a bank, then I repented, fasted and gave that money to charity but I was caught and had to face a judge. A good and just judge that upholds the law still has to give me what I deserve correct? So if we sin against God ( and we all do) how can our repentance and fasting atone for that sin? All sin must be punished Do you pray in Arabic? I hope this wasnt too long of a response. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
@n.8544 Жыл бұрын
@emmam8320 hi again I think its best you seek a sheikh if you've got access to one as they can explain things in a better way as their knowledge isn't like an ordinary citizen. Yes God loves us and he loves us more than any parent even. He wants us to repent when we sin because of the love he has for his creations. He is the most forgiving and yes a judge punishes even if you repent etc but God will always forgive better than a judge. That is why he is God and not human. He's always been there and doesn't need to die for anyones sin because he is all powerful. If a so called god needs to die for his own creations, then that doesn't make him God. I'm unsure if that answers your questions. God created all races and understands all tongues so you can talk to him in any language you want. 😉 Also unsure what your background or faith is but incase you don't know, Muslims do believe in the original texts of the Jews and Christians, not the ones around these days that have been altered in many ways to suit certain lifestyles and eras. If anything it's just the same type of reminder from God.

More than the hope , what if I have not done enough tawbah, what if I failed to seek enough forgiveness, what if my deeds were not enough ... the fear of our sins, unknown and known , seek forgiveness so that we can be among those whom Allah showers his mercy and only by his mercy we seek jannah.....my deeds multiplies by a million wont stand a chance in front of his mercy...Ya Allah , Ya Rahim, make us among those whom you show your mercy, who are only living to please you and nothing else, enlighten our hearts with your love and taqwa and nothing else, Make us among the people who witness the grandeur of your luminous face, make us among who are fortunate enough to see our beloved prophet and kiss his blessed hands, make us among the people who will be reunited with our family and friends , make us die on La ilaha Illahu, grant us death when you are pleased with us ..Ameen Ya Rabbul Alaameen.....
