Noise is way above other mowers…and it is off putting. But then again this thing will (hopefully!) do loads of other tasks so maybe can overlook that. Also designed for the bigger garden/house owners. Certainly a few niggles so far, concept good though.

I wonder if the positioning issue you had where it thought it was on the charger when it was like 4 meters away was due to the broken antenna

@@PaulWerner no, just casing, before it couldn’t dock it was positioned just fine…then when it could not dock it sort of seemed to make up that it was on the dock!?

Another thing to note... It is interesting that they say setting the blades to lower cutting heights isn't covered by warranty. I always cut my grass lower than the recommended limit so I'm glad I didn't opt for the mower attachment just yet (though I'm considering it since you need it for the edging and trimmer attachments that they have planned).

Possibly, no idea at the moment. Its going back for a replacement (support has been very good so far!)

I am not sure other videos are representing it correctly as this one has no issues with the motors. Also the 2024 has more power, the 2023 is slightly quieter because of this according to Yarbo.

No, just massively powerful - more power = more noise. It can be reduced by reducing power output.

@ not sure I would run it at night if neighbours were close by. But suppose if rural no issue…but here it gets dark 4pm in winter, I would have no issue running it then at dark, maybe shut off ~6pm or something.

The video is good and shows us a lot about the Yarbo. But is this really a review like the title says? Yarbo doesn’t accomplish any task here. In fact it fails at just about everything. A review should ask and answer, “how does it perform?” among other things. I know it’s not lawn growing season now, but Yarbo couldn’t start the mowing routine. Tasks with attachments are not always as simple as mowing, and the attachment is wide, so I’m doubtful about the ability and actual productivity of this machine for that also, but I hope to see you make a follow up in the months ahead. Thanks for sharing this!

Agree, but one good thing is its quieter than a petrol zero turn or petrol push along by a large margin!
