Man, looks like you were blowing a lot of snow on your neighbors house 😄
@TurfCultureКүн бұрын
Nowhere else to go with it 🤷♂️
@PaulWernerКүн бұрын
@TurfCulture Just curious, does it do the same even at the lowest Deflector Angle setting?
@TurfCultureКүн бұрын
Yes it does, if the houses were further apart it wouldn't be a problem. I have a rear entry garage and my driveway runs between the houses so there isn't an ideal path to direct the snow. With the deflector at the lowest angle it will not hit any windows, just the bricks.
@pixelpusher220Күн бұрын
@@TurfCulture Def wouldn't be happy as the neighbor. Can you specify which direction the auger throws at certain points? Smaller passes and throwing forward till past the houses would be better
@TurfCultureКүн бұрын
I keep that in mind should you ever move in next door.

I love the idea of an overnight snowfall and the robot clearing that night so that I've got a clean driveway when I wake up
@TurfCulture23 сағат бұрын
Yes! Now that I have used the machine a few times I can just allow it to run and not babysit.
@joewoodchuck382413 сағат бұрын
As long as someone doesn't steal it while you're asleep. It's still cool though.

Great video! Looks like it’s doing a good job throwing the snow around! Can’t believe it works that well with the RTK in the garage.

I have th Yarbo with Mower attachment. I was a big Yarbo hater because it was 3 months late for delivery but now that i have it, i am super happy. Its the best investment for this year if it last at least 3 years. Only time will tell. Taking off the grill will greatly help
@markpuccio62703 сағат бұрын
it's a killing machine without the grate. They should redesign the grate so it is 6" off the ground.

Awesome review!

It appears that it could be a replacement for a single stage 1-3" for light powder. If I have to dress up to go out and rescue it, I'd prefer to do it all myself in half the time and be done.
@akesq0119 сағат бұрын
Yes, I would hate to feel like I had to watch it all of the time. May as well go out and do it myself and be done with it.

Can you program it to not blow on the neighbors house but rather in front of it until it gets passed the house and the window?
@robertreynolds9309 сағат бұрын
you can pick a spot for it to put all the snow, he hasn't found that feature yet i assume.
@Riptrack13Күн бұрын
I definitely think taking off that front grille would help it out, and maybe prevent it from getting clogged. Pretty cool!
@TurfCulture23 сағат бұрын
I did end up taking off the grille to see if it made a difference and I do think it does help but I think it's there as a safety feature. If you install the plow accessory from Yarbo the grille has to come off anyway.

Wow, the Snowblower attachment and the robot costs $7K Canadian. They won't sell that many in Canada at a price like that. But it cleans much better than our local community operations department.

Is this yarbo work without RTK? Because i wanna work this yarbo with Wi-Fi

As this is the 1st of your videos I have ever watched, I don't know if this is a permanent characteristic but you appear to have anisocoria. This is when your pupils are different sizes. Have you hit your head recently? It may be worth getting checked out if not a permanent condition. If it is something that you have previously addressed, please ignore my comment.

Nice video! I hear many owners complain about the robot not positioning itself correctly on the charge pad so it fails to charge. Does yours do that as well? Maybe they will come out with better stud tracks in the future.
@TurfCultureКүн бұрын
I have noticed that when docking with the standard rubber treads the Yarbo rover has no issue. With the studded treads it takes the rover a few tries to get positioned correctly but I haven't had a issue with it not charging.
@bdjm859517 сағат бұрын
Looks like a "dog house" with heat for the Yarbo to thaw out in while charging would be the way to go.

Forget AI, just put a camera and connect it to an Xbox controller to run it from inside
@TurfCulture23 сағат бұрын
I've run it from my phone a few times from inside the house to clear the bank at the end of my driveway from the snow plow clearing the street.
@Pele-speak12 сағат бұрын
It also comes with 4 cameras and an Xbox controller

Cant believe how you casually say "it aint perfect" just as it blows snow at neighbors window.

And all over the cars parked on the street lol For only 4 grand too. What a steal.

Both of our driveways run between the houses, we have an understanding, it is a non issue. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@TurfCulture23 сағат бұрын
Both cars are mine, and it's a dusting of snow.
@biffhenderson114417 сағат бұрын
The biggest limitation to the robot is obviously the programmer/owner. Step #1 don't install the RTK in the right place. Lol.

A robot needs to know its limitations…

A wifi extender in a metal box.... Nope. Put it on top of the metal box to get the full signal.
@TurfCulture23 сағат бұрын
I thought the same and had the extender on my tool bench at first, putting it in the steel cabinet didn't really affect the signal at all.
@jebediahkerman394623 сағат бұрын
If it works just fine then it is the proper way. Just not the recommended way.

Agreed! No issues to report.

Looks like a waste of money. That driveway wouldn't take longer than 6 minutes to do with a walk behind blower 10 min including berm from snow plow

You giving me a free toy??? No sir i can not accept.....thats bullsled im just joking...give me... Battery stored out in the cold??? No thanks... You might want to adjust blower angle, you are hitting neighbors house!!!

Looks like it does a terrible job and get stuck easy, no thanks.
@TurfCulture23 сағат бұрын
It does a pretty good job actually, the city's 3- and 6-Ton plow trucks couldn't even make it down the street due to the ice storm.
