I have one under the porch. I broke the pull cord and haven't used it in 3~4 years since. It used to shred stuff so fine you almost didn't even see the chips after because it blew them so far. the leaf end drops down and it does a great job on those. Pulverizes them to powder. You've inspired me to maybe do something about that thing. I am sure the bowl and jet it fowled up.

I got a smaller Tecumseh chipper vac push mower looking thing that turned out don't really need to use anymore and never did really use much. Decided to dedicate the one rider for mulching solely and can with the others if needed. The branches I wound up and wind up using for wattle to build up mulch pits retaining so can just heave stuff into that. Neat to see the similar flora, albeit no ash noted. I'm trying to bring back birch since none native I've found around anymore. Use to be white birch and they all went by by for some reason. Ash had some issues and for now is going strong so been spreading those saplings around as they pop up. Been adding Walnut everywhere and Chestnut and Hazelnut where dryer as well. Cedars and spruce for the conifers at least for now. I second the sharpening vid. Will be good stuff.

Where can I buy the carburetor for this device?
@Lawnmowerman02346 Жыл бұрын
The next thing you need to do to it is sharpen and adjust the cutter knife so it will cut a match book . I'm not sure what the angle is , I think about 42 degrees .Once that's done it will become self feeding and that sapling you cut would be like butter . Green fresh cut always chips easier because the moisture makes the wood , soft you might even be able to cut Honey Suckle ( it might re root )

That is a good point to think on. Might do a follow up make it cut better video. Thank you I never thought about that.

@@mikespain8655 You only sharpen the chipper knife behind the shoot and behind the great that was removed and sometimes lost . Just make sure the flails all move all the way around so they can bounce off brush that's a little too heavy .

The Blades Could Do With A Sharpen , I Think

That recoil is serviceable. That's a roll pin in the center you drive out. That specific line of Tecumseh 5-7hp 195cc sucks. They have an inherent issues of leaking oil out the governor shaft bushing. Poor design, shape of block. Slinger tosses the oil directly at the bushing to the outside of the block.

If they lean out they tend to over rev. We see it on snow blowers always the same story.
