Thanks for your videos. Have you thought about edibles in the shady corner, eg. Hostas? I'd really like to see more native edibles as well as more on the vertical gardening you do. I love your gentle instructions on propagating. It makes the process sound so "do-able" & likely to engage non-gardeners rather than the complicated propagation videos (though they have their merits too).

We have other places where we have a few shade loving edibles, I like to make space for some ornamentals too. I’m not a big fan of the flavour of hostas. Thanks for the feedback. I love propagating and have learnt a lot over the years from just giving it a try. I hate anything too fiddly or complicated. I might do a bit on foraging in the future

Seems a shame to cut down that huge TD Kale, I think I would just cut the branch's back to near the trunk but leave one good stem for the time being as a draw just to see if it re sprouts, mine where hit as well but as it warmed up they bounced back, how did your forest kale do ?, I do live on the i.o.w so the weather wasn't quite so bad, it will be good to see the re-done garden. Thanks for filming, great video as always

I know, I love it. It has bounced back a bit but just looks very messy right now. I’m giving it another month or two to see if it bushes out again, if not I will try some harsh pruning, if that fails I will replace it. It wouldn’t take long for another to grow in its place
