Neighbor tests out his new cordless DETHATCHER before OVERSEEDING and the results are scary 😳

WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT! WE did not expect this to happen during my neighbors lawn dethatching session 😳 Rick is going to overseed his lawn in a couple weeks with BLUE TAG seed so a dethatch is in order. His lawn was already pretty healthy what the heck! Incredible what came out of the lawn!

This is my third season with my Ryobi scarifier/dethatcher. I LOVE that thing! My Bermuda thrives after using it. I purchased the SunJoe and used it once. I have a huge yard and schleping 200 plus feet of cord was ridiculous. I can't wait to see Rick's results. Thanks, Brah.

I started to get the Ryobi dethatcher but I couldn't justify the cost, I ended up getting the wen corded for $150 , it's a beast with a 15 amp motor, I use the grass catcher, the only thing I don't like is the scarifier blades are not sharp so it tears some of the grass blades, my lawn bounced back after a real nice.

Quick question, does your area have a green organic waste collection bin, or green organic waste drop off? We have both in my area, green organic waste bin is collected every 2nd week, goes to an industrial facility for processing. Green drop offs, are for the public to take full trailers of green organic waste, to processing facility. Processed mulch can then be distributed to parks or green-space areas, or for the public to buy back the mulch. The idea is to seperate green organic waste from hard general waste.

Dethatcher if it's really bad with unwanted material.... dethatcher & scarifier if you have a ton of moss like Rick... Scarifier/Verticutter for a lawn that has a verticut schedule like me ☺🤙🏾
