Great episode and having a guest host is a good addition to give the channel an extra prospective. One issue with the current travelling content is everyone has already done that been there. Often a lot of content creators are in the same area based on the travelling season.

Full support with your willingness to put some pressure on the parks services. I hope you generate some support on this. If we aren't calling them out they'll keep on shutting us out one track and one park at a time. great work. While I fully support naming and shaming the grubs, I'm also mindful that grubs are often the sort of people most travellers don't and shouldn't confront, so sending the photos and videos to councils and park rangers is a great start. Those local gov't agencies could do with some meaningful issues to tackle. I'd be surprised if police had any interest in littering. FFTU (feel free to use) Thanks for another entertaining ep. Bernie

Another great episode Dylan. Just be careful with the idea of naming and shaming, doing this on your channel may just bite you in the backside legally. We are absolutely happy with talking to our viewers but the knocking on the door when its closed is a No No. Yes, I agree there is alot of caravanners trying to do You Tube and good on them. People have the choice to watch or not. And don't get me started on the number of girls in bikinis there are on channels now. Don't they realise if they have good content, they don't need to flaunt themselves. Thanks again for the shout out.

100% agree with the locked door we all need a bit of privacy. If the external door is closed and blinds up that should be pretty clear that you don’t want to be disturbed. Thanks for your support 😁
@stuartkcalvin3 күн бұрын
I don't agree with knocking on doors or walls. If the door is shut, 99% - it's for a good reason. My etiquette is that I'll see people under their awnings and I'll ask "may I come in?", to approach closer. I've had people walk up behind me and start yapping or asking questions. My caravan is my camp and it's my home. That might sound blunt but it's the way I roll.

Rather than closing that particular beach they should have made it a paid beach to camp on with limited sites to limit the traffic on the beach. It's popular because everyone shared that it was free. If people paid to camp on the beach they could install move long drop toilets just off the beach rather than only the one at the entrance. Perlubie beach is the same. Locals hate content creators for making their local beach so popular. It's so busy that locals can't enjoy their local beaches anymore because there's always hundreds of caravan's camped on it. The Yorke peninsula already has 19 paid campsites aswell as caravan parks. No one likes paying for a campsite but if it keeps it open and stops it from being over crowded then it's a positive solution. We are losing more and more beach camps & drives now. Robe to Beachport one of the best beach drives in the country is in trouble aswell due to people not respecting the bush. They've had to patrol the area with helicopters recently to catch people doing the wrong thing. People are the reason everything is being shut down and everyone's attitude towards preserving our beautiful country needs to change before it's too late. It's a small minority of people that are ruining it for everyone unfortunately
@caravansbythecampfire3 күн бұрын
Let’s hope that happens
@Off.TrackPods2 күн бұрын
I’m so disappointed when hearing of more and more places going down the path of closing to the public. I wouldn’t mind paying to access a beach site that is limited but the price would have to be reasonable and not take advantage of travellers

@Off.TrackPods3 күн бұрын
Bro!!! What a great idea 💡 I might do that next week raise money for gifts then put a poll for items to buy. What's your thoughts? Ps I'm with you on charities being dodgy, I have one of the bigger companies illegally sign me up to a recurring payments for the money donated even though I ticked single payment. They try to trick people out of more money instead of being greatfull for what they get. But I figure what we are doing is still making a difference. I'd love to start my own charity but I tried this at 25 and it's very expensive need about 100k to start one.
