Here is an apple bread baked in a frying pan.
The apples are arranged in a buttered batter and baked like a tart in this delicious bread.
Today, I used red apples, but you can make it with any apples.
The sweet and sour apples and the sticky dough make for a delicious bread.
You don't need an oven, you don't need a lot of time, you don't need to wash anything, you don't need to get your hands dirty, and you can make it in just one pan.

Frying Pan Apple Bread
Ingredients: 1 frying pan (18cm:7in)
150g strong flour
1 tablespoon (10g) sugar
1/4 teaspoon (2g) salt
1/2 teaspoon dry yeast (2g)
110g lukewarm water
10g unsalted butter
200g apples
20g butter
20-40g granulated sugar (sugar)

Put the ingredients for the dough in a frying pan.
Melt butter in lukewarm water and add to the mixture.
Roll out the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Stretch and fold the dough 10 times.
Bring the dough to the center and heat the pan over medium heat.
Cover the pan and let the dough ferment until it doubles in size (30 minutes).
Spread out the dough and place the apples on top.
Cover and bake over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the apples with sugar.
Turn over on a baking sheet.
Cover and bake over low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
