Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Party Style Chicken Curry. This chicken curry is easy to make and delicious to eat. The rich gravy of this chicken dish is prepared by blending the fried onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger with a few cashew nuts. We also add some aromatic powdered spices to the gravy to give it the flavor. This chicken gravy could be served with rice, roti or the flattened rice. This chicken recipe is suitable for parties, picnics and special occasions.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
800 gm whole chicken
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
3 green chilies
5-6 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
a handful of fresh coriander
2 bay leaves
1 piece of cinnamon
5-6 cardamon
4-5 cloves
1½ star anis
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kasmiri mirch
½ tsp turmeric powder
2½ tsp salt (adjust as per taste)

This is a lovely curry. It's also very easy for a novice like me. I don't like them too hot so I skipped the chilli powder and kept the Kashmiri red chilli only./ It still had a withstandable kick to it! Thank you for your video.

Actually the chicken looks delicious and wonderful, the process is little bit hectic, it’s all good. But I’m just amazed the amount of oil used only for 800 grams of chicken. I think that’s way too much oil for me but we can reduce the oil and get the same texture I guess. Thank you for your recipe :)
