Many companies are prefering females, college has introduced irrelevant branches like civil with computer, and cse specialisations are already around 8-10. Average package is now 11 LPA. Course curriculum is worst. JOINING THAPAR WAS MY WORST DECISION. I have strong hold on DSA, Dev, have projects, good resume but still jobless.

VIT vellore holds a different brand value among the top companies ( that is why they visit its campus ) but its not the case with VIT AP/BHOPAL. they are totally dependent on vellore . also , vellore has a way better quality crowd compared to AP/BHOPAL. and a vibrant campus life where you have to live with discipline. choose them only if you have no options left

As of what I've known people usually take mechanical engg in bachelors and pursue aerospace in masters as it is an extension of mechanical engg plus after 4 yrs if you change your likes you can go into another mechanical engg field rather than aerospace engineering where u will be stuck
