Very interesting set-up, I like it. A little extra place, with table and chairs or at the stall itself for his customers. He doesn’t have to tear down and build each and every day like the Yatai ‘s in Fukuoka. Now I am hungry for Ramen.

看了很多屋台的影片，都有一些共同點。首先是衛生很好，屋台的設備比較簡單，但業主對乾淨的要求沒有打折。屋台附近也沒有看到油污。其次是業主對料理工藝上的堅持與專業，和飯店主廚沒有區別。下次去日本，或許會到屋台吃吃飯。
