what the armed forces go through is an adaptive HIIT workout.. anaerobic bursts for extended periods to max your heart rate out in adverse conditions.. as against what a bodybuilder goes through (engaging maximum muscle fibers of a specific muscle group for a shorter period of time)... no comparison between the 2.. MAJOR RESPECT to our soldiers.. Jai Hind..
