Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad.... if these cities cant maintain hygiene and cleanliness..then i dont think i NEED to reconsider my statement. I have seen literal pan masala stains in tourist places.. Acceptance is a bliss my friend.. we are far behind from basic hygiene and cleanliness.. go and see the condition of our rivers be it huguli or yamuna ..you will get a reality check.
