How to make blueberry pound cake

Soft flour 100g
Granulated sugar 90g
Unsalted butter 100g
(Unsalted margarine can be substituted)
Baking powder 3g
2 eggs
1 bag of frozen blueberries (as much as you like)
how to make
① Keep the eggs at room temperature and soften the butter at room temperature as well.
② Put butter and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer (or a whisk if you don't have one) until white and fluffy.
③ Add the beaten eggs in several batches and mix while being careful not to separate them.
④ Sift the cake flour and baking powder into the mixture, mix in a cutting motion, then add the frozen blueberries halfway through and mix again.
(Although I didn't do this this time, if you add soft flour to the blueberries before mixing, the ingredients will not sink to the bottom when baking.)
⑤ Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for 50 minutes (adjust the baking time according to your oven).
⑥ When the heat is removed, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for a day to make it moist and delicious.
