Why would Yautja Prime violate its most sacred laws and develop a gene therapy program? As plot developments go, this one sucks! The yautja could never have come up with the space-age technology in their possession, so it is unlikely that they would even be aware of genetic engineering. The yautja wouldn't still be hunter-gatherers if they had scientific curiosity.

The Predalien is not half Predator, it is all xenomorph. If you apply that principal, all Xenos are only Half Alien, it just takes the hosts characteristics in order to better adapt to that niche in which its host lives so it can be a more effective killer and stalker. BTW love the video

Xenos take (according to lore) around 1/10 of the Host DNA's to adapt to other Planets and also take on some of the propertys of the Host. But it's always mostly Xeno.

I read somewhere that the female yautjas are much bigger than the males. The females are about 2.7 meters tall (9 feet). They can easily overpower the males, kinda like spiders.

When will the writers realize that we (the audience) don't need any new ultimate/super/extra/ultra/hiper... Predators. What we need is good story with interesting characters and good looking Predator. The last Yautja that looks real and scary was the Jungle Hunter. My god, it was so real that any new Predator looks like the halloween mask, when you compare the two. And the last good story was in 1987 "Predator" (I know, "Predator 2" had good premise, but it wasn't even in the ballpark of the first "Predator"). And the last good and believable characters were in...You guessed it - '87 "Predator". I think hollywood killed the Predator better than McKenna, Royce, Alien, Harrigan and Dutch combined...

You must've watched the same video about the Predator's mouth design, surely. Because you bring up the same point he and other critics make about the trend of new predators: New, bigger, stronger, durable, super forms of predators dosent make them good hunters. And actually would get rid of the organic "hunter" that the predator always had prior to the 2018 film: The predator may be somewhat stronger, faster and durable than a human, but it is not superhuman, it can still be killed, even by something as simple as an axe. And while the predator has technology that really bulk up its hunting abilities, it didn't overuse it, and it even would remove it's own devices if it wanted to engage it's prey 1v1. They even had med kits. Something like making the predator 3 meters tall, superhuman strong, fast, with armour skin, that's not a hunter, that's just a beast, those two aren't the same thing.

I see what you mean, but I can only really say that for the young predator in AVP (The eyes were too human and big), and the Apex predators in Predators 2010 (the heads were too big on average sized actor bodies). The main issue I see mostly revolves around the mouth, since the problem is: the four mandibles is meant to cover the mouth, kinda like a crab mouth. It was how the first predator operated, in addition the mandibles played a big factor in the whole clicking noises. But a lot of the times, the predators face is made for the mouth to just roar, than really close up (Sometimes, the skin around it folds inorganically) Which is partly the issue of it looking like a Halloween mask

Still would have been nice to see what was mentioned as part of the original script for the last predator movie. Predators teaming up with humans to take down the upgraded predator. Would have been a step forward into the comics and games in the would AvP with the predator human team ups... instead we get a bunch of not so funny comedy and an iron man suit! I thought Scar was taller than I expected, as the director of AVP stated that he wants to make the predators in AVP to be bigger and taller than the ones in Predator and Predator 2. But they look too big and fat rather than taller.
