I dont think you ever want to cut hapatra vs creature based decks like zoo. Resolving a yawg kills their entire board and if you are low on hp you can atleast create a couple of deathtouch blockers.

In the last zoo game you could have used grist with tw to kill cavu and then boseiju the scion. That would have prevented them from looting and you needing to block every turn especially since they were stuck on two lands
