It's not the fact that he snapped, it's the fact that he felt bad IMMEDIATELY AFTER. Most of the time, the yelling just goes on for both sides, doesn't it? Or do I have an unhealthy view of things? 😅 The fact that he immediately turned so remorseful and tender..... I can't, this is way too sweet 🥺🥺🥺

this is an example of the only proper apology one should accept if their partner would yell at them like that. arguments happen, it's normal and usually healthy but there's a line as to how far it is healthy and if that is crossed and your partner doesn't feel any remorse, doesn't apologise (properly/at all) then you shouldn't settle for that. you deserve better (maybe an apology like this?!), don't expect any less🌼 also, rest in peace to all of our ears and hearts, i would totally sob for hours if someone yelled at me like that

Nah, why is this somewhat healing my inner child? When my parents fought, my mom would often end up in tears and my dad would just leave and not come back until morning. Half the time, the kids were dragged in to pick or choose a side. I don't recall him ever apologizing to her in front of us, and that's really stuck even years after they divorced, even years after I moved out. Even if it's all fake/roleplay, it's actually so comforting to hear someone not only apologize for snapping but feel torn up about it

The reason why a woman will cook for her man, because she loves her man and only wants to see him smile and sometimes, that's all the thanks we need. I'm not good at arguing. I don't like violent arguments. I am addicted to harmony! And I can't be angry for long anyway. Which maybe isn't good sometimes. But making up is always the best. xD It's nice that the two of them found the courage to get along again. Nothing is worse than falling asleep while you're still angry. Ok, except maybe going to bed without the lovingly cooked meal! ;)
