@@iJayMS that means spell only. Yes the wording is a bit misleading. If it said by spell or card effect then that’s ok. They word it like that to state that continuous spells can do the same thing. Since at that moment it would be an effect of a spell rather than a spell card summoning chimera. I hope that helped. A bit confusing I know.
