i feel like kanye intentionally made these albums short (7 tracks) to encourage / keep the listener 'locked on' to all tracks. you wont get fatigued easily and can treat the 'whole album' with respect. (less skipping tracks etc). i feel the track list brings you to his vision/journey of the whole albums intention. like listening to pink floyd albums or similars. this album started strong and ended wow. ksg is another story

It's a shame the media tries to portray Kanye into a single minded "Hip Hop artist". Reading some of the reviews from the big outlets... (Pithfork, Rollingstone) makes me pissed.
